Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact details you provide - name, email, phone, and mailing/shipping address - when you book a service, place an order, or fill out our contact form.
• Order and payment information - items purchased, order totals, fulfillment preference (pickup or shipping), and payment confirmation. Full card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.
• Appointment information collected through Square when you book a service, subject to Square's privacy policy.
• Skin and consultation history you share during a treatment (skin concerns, allergies, current products, sensitivities). This is used only to plan safe, appropriate care.
• Site usage data - IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected automatically to keep the site secure and functional.

• Process and fulfill orders and appointments.
• Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, appointment reminders, and receipts.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support, including refunds and returns.
• Personalize skincare recommendations during in-person services.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

We share only the information needed for these providers to perform their function:

• Stripe - payment processing and receipts.
• Square - appointment booking and in-person payments.
• Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) - to deliver orders you choose to have shipped.
• Email/SMS providers - to send transactional messages tied to your order or appointment.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients or business.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your preferences. We are not currently running third-party advertising or analytics tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie notice will be shown.

Order and payment records are kept for at least seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Consultation notes are kept for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterward. Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable third-party processors. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will notify affected clients as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at kaidree123@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Minors receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
