Terms of Service

True Skin Esthetics is a licensed esthetics practice operating inside Viora Esthetics in Rexburg, Idaho. Services are performed by Kaidree Nagle, a licensed esthetician, facial specialist, and certified acne expert.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or book an appointment on your own behalf. Minors may receive services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Actual packaging or formulation may occasionally vary based on manufacturer updates.

Products sold on this site are cosmetics intended to cleanse, beautify, or improve the appearance of skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including acne, eczema, rosacea, or hyperpigmentation. Individual results vary. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a medical condition, patch test before use and consult a healthcare provider.

• Esthetic services are non-medical. They are not a substitute for care from a physician or dermatologist.
• Before your first treatment you will complete an intake form disclosing medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent procedures. Withholding this information can put your skin at risk.
• Results depend on skin type, adherence to home-care routines, and factors outside our control. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit any deposit.

Retail purchases are processed through Stripe. Appointment payments and deposits are processed through Square or Stripe. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total of your order or service, including tax and shipping where applicable.

Shipping, in-store pickup, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Gift cards and service deposits are non-refundable and do not expire except where required by law. Deposits are applied to the cost of the booked service and are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content on this site - photography, copy, logos, and design - is owned by True Skin Esthetics or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission. Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Skin Esthetics and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold True Skin Esthetics harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your failure to disclose relevant health information before a service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
